How do I place an order?

After the details of your order have been sent to you, payment is made by bank transfer, EFT or corporate invoice. Once payment is confirmed, the products begin to be prepared.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time may vary depending on the product type and quantity. Based on the details of your order, the delivery time will be clearly stated to you during the quote or order stage.

How do you deliver the products?

Your orders are shipped quickly and safely to every point of Türkiye via our contracted courier companies. Special delivery within Istanbul or freight shipment outside Istanbul are also available.

Do you provide an installation service?

We provide an installation service for some projects within Istanbul.
