  6. To request its deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK,
  7. To request that correction or deletion operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  8. To object to a result arising against you as a result of analysis by automated systems,
  9. To request compensation for the damage in the event that you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing.

To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you can submit your requests:

MİFA Trafik will conclude your applications within 30 days at the latest and will inform you accordingly.

This disclosure statement may be updated by MİFA Trafik in line with legislative changes or new business processes.
